Carnival Quilts, Stitches And Textiles Trail

The Toowoomba Quilters Club’s annual Quilt Exhibition began as a biennial exhibition in the mid 1980s, then as membership grew it became an annual Quilt Exhibition in the mid 1990s.  Held at several venues over the years, this year will be the 10th year the Quilt Exhibition has been held at the Salo Centre.  Members can only exhibit their quilts once, so each exhibition is different from the previous one.  Approximately 150 quilts will be on display, with much more to see and do.

2019 is the 3rd year the Quilts, Stitches and Textiles Trail has been organized.  I have Co-ordinated that QST Trail event for those 3 years.  This year there are 6 individual community groups/events on the Trail, each with a focus around quilts, stitches or textiles.
