Despite Rain Spirit Of The Country Concert WILL Go Ahead

A Statement from the Organisers

The SPIRIT OF THE COUNTRY concert is an open air concert, which can’t be rescheduled or moved to another venue. The concert WILL go ahead today. The concert will only be stopped if severe weather (ie. lightning or gale force winds) makes it unsafe for the artists to continue.

Today’s weather forecast for Toowoomba is: 17 – 21°C rain at times, mostly light.

We suggest – hats, raincoats, ponchos, sturdy shoes / rubber boots, plastic chairs.

Please note: Shelters/gazebos and umbrellas are NOT permitted, because they can be potential missiles in windy weather, and because they block other people’s view.
