  20. PRECEDENCE, B G 5 by Zabeel – Kowtow (Blake Shinn/J. B. (Bart) Cummings)  15  53.5   TRE = 116 Very promising young stayer bred to win this and trained by the Cups King.
  21. RED RULER, B G 6 by Viking Ruler – Ransom Bay (Mark du Plessis/John Sargent)  8  53.5   TRE = 117 Talented on his day. But out of form. Need a miracle to be in finish.
  22. LINTON, Gr G 4 by Galileo – Our Heather (Brett Prebble/Robert Hickmott)  23  52.0  TRE = 120 Highly promising racer. Look for good run following his strong Lexus 2nd.
