There will be a Diocesan Celebration, “We say Thanks to Bishop Bill” to thank Bishop William Morris for his 18 years of dedicated service on Sunday, August 28th 2011.
This will begin with Mass celebrated by Bishop Morris at 11.30am in St Patrick’s Cathedral, 123 Neil Street, Toowoomba. After Mass people are invited to stay for a BYO lunch.
(The Organising Committee, not wishing this to become a ‘media event’, have decided that no media will be allowed on the grounds of the Cathedral. Photographs will be available at request from the Media Office on Monday 29th August).
